On September 7th, Cologne concert-goers will be privy to an amazing concert of Stockhausen’s music for flute from his opera “Samstag” aus LICHT (Saturday, from the series called LIGHT). The Italian flutist Laura Faoro, who has studied these pieces extensively with Kathinka Pasveer, to whom they are dedicated, will be performing both the piccolo piece..
